1. About ArtbyKoko Chantel
ArtbyKoko Chantel sells art prints, custom frames, stationery-inspired products, digital items, printable products, and other creative goods.
All products are made, designed, or curated with care. Some items may be made to order or customized based on the customer’s selected size, frame color, design, or product option.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing information, and product selections.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes.
3. Processing Time
Processing time usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Custom prints, custom frames, specialty orders, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time. Processing time does not include shipping time.
4. Shipping
Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the delivery location.
Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3 to 5 business days after processing.
Express shipping within the United States usually takes 1 to 3 business days after processing.
International shipping usually takes 1 to 3 weeks after processing, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
International customers are responsible for paying any taxes, customs fees, import duties, or additional charges required by their country.
ArtbyKoko Chantel is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, lost packages caused by incorrect addresses, or issues outside of our control once the order has shipped.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because our items may be custom made, made to order, or created specifically for each customer. This includes art prints, custom frames, digital products, printable files, and specialty items.
Please review all product details, sizes, frame colors, and order information before completing your purchase.
Order cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already started processing, been made, customized, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging
A description of the issue
We will review the issue and determine the best solution.
Items damaged due to customer handling, improper care, incorrect shipping information, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
7. Product Appearance
We do our best to display product colors, frame colors, artwork, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings.
Custom frames and handmade or specialty items may have slight variations. These variations are part of the custom and creative nature of the product and do not qualify as defects.
8. Custom Orders
For custom orders, customers are responsible for providing the correct details, including size, frame color, spelling, design notes, images, references, and any other information needed to complete the order.
If you submit images, names, logos, references, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not violate another person’s rights, copyright, trademark, or privacy.
ArtbyKoko Chantel reserves the right to decline or cancel any custom request that we are unable to complete or that we believe may violate another person’s rights.
9. Digital Products
Digital products, including printable PDFs, digital artwork, games, stationery files, templates, and downloadable items, are final sale.
Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated in writing.
You may not resell, share, copy, upload, reproduce, alter, redistribute, or use digital products for commercial purposes without written permission from ArtbyKoko Chantel.
10. Intellectual Property
All artwork, prints, designs, product photos, graphics, written content, logos, branding, digital files, and other creative materials on this website are the property of ArtbyKoko Chantel unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a physical print, frame, digital file, or product does not give you ownership of the copyright, design rights, or intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, edit, trace, upload, use for commercial purposes, use for artificial intelligence training, or create derivative works from our artwork or content without written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, copy its content, misuse its products, or use our brand, artwork, or designs without permission.
12. Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product details, change pricing, discontinue products, or refuse orders if necessary.
13. Limitation of Liability
ArtbyKoko Chantel is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, artwork, digital files, or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
