Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Because our prints and custom frames are made with care, some custom or specialty orders may require additional processing time. If your order requires extra time, we will do our best to communicate any updates.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the United States.
Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days after processing.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the United States.
Express shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days after processing.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses outside of the United States.
International shipping usually takes 1 to 3 weeks after processing, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
All international customers are responsible for paying any taxes, customs fees, import duties, or additional charges required when receiving their package.
ArtbyKoko Chantel is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Return Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because each item is made to order, including art prints, custom frames, and specialty pieces.
Please make sure to review all product details, sizing, frame options, colors, and order information before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and damage.
We will review the issue and work with you to find the best solution.
Items damaged due to customer handling, improper care, or incorrect information entered at checkout are not eligible for replacement.
