Are your items made to order?
Yes. Many of our items, including prints and custom frames, are made to order. Each piece is prepared with care after your order is placed.
Are frames included with all prints?
Frames are only included if the product description says a frame is included or if you select a framed option before checkout.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display artwork, print colors, and frame colors as accurately as possible.
However, colors may look slightly different depending on your phone, computer screen, lighting, or display settings.
What is the difference between a print and a framed print?
A print is the artwork only and does not include a frame unless stated in the product description.
A framed print includes the artwork with the selected frame option. Please review the product details before checkout to make sure you are choosing the option you want.
Do you offer commissioned artwork of people?
Commissioned artwork of people will be available soon. All commissioned pieces will be created in the ArtbyKoko Chantel art style. This means the final artwork will be inspired by the person you submit, but it will not be an exact realistic portrait.
